Surely that's more of a guideline than actual rule. I don't recall too many rules containing the word probably.

I can't think of a better time and place to publish these rules than here and now.

Leroy Fer was the standout one for me though personally. It went up by about 25 pages a day by itself and all of it was recycled bollocks. Which sounds awful, but it so wasn't.
