If that is the offer on cards then take that all day long. But I think what they mean is that the deal is worth 20 mil. Example , Lennon valued at around 7/8 mil , kaboul 4/5 mil and the rest in cash. If thats the case swerve them.

If we were to accept that we would still need to buy a new CM who has the quality McCarthy has and also a Winger with that money as i can't see Kev staying much longer, will 20m get us top quality in both departments, I don't think it will

Why are team always ready to 'swoop' for a player!
Why is a manager always 'monitoring'.
Its all garbage so skybet etc can open up more betting fields on were players will be end of january. Its an ongoing cycle and so many people get wrapped up in it.
E.g someone reads mcarthy is wanted by spurs, goes on skybet and puts money on him going their. Nothing happens apart from you lose a fiver

Would accept 10m plus Kaboul and Lennon tbh.

McCarthy is good, yes, but he doesn't create anything and Besic could arguably do as good a job. We don't need the two of them playing together as it's too defensive, so the money could go on a more creative midfielder.

Rather keep him like.

Another silly transfer story regarding McCarthy, as with all the others, just ignore.

In any event it would be a ridiculously bad deal for Everton. We exchange one of our very best young players for two Spurs squad players they want off their books. Put 15m with them and then we might at least look at the deal.

What is wrong with you lot?

Kaboul is a joke these days and Lennon just runs quickly until he picks up another injury. Plus their wages will take a huge chunk out of any cash.

I would have thought McCarthy's absence would only have strengthened our opinion of him, seeing as we've looked hopeless this season and his absence has, in my mind, been a huge reason why.
