Don't know why, but it irritates me the way Torres's transfer fee is being retconned down to £20m. It was between £25 and £27m. The only reason it gets bumped down like that is that they also sold Garcia to Atletico in the same week for £5m-£7m

Roma offered 2 million for a player who was signing for a team for 20 million last year. If we're aren't seriously interested then we are stupid. Or skint. Probably both.

He won't be available for €2m even if his contract is running out! And I can't see how Liverpool was gonna spend £20m on him when he as a £12m release clause?!.

Right now I bet he'd be available for around £4m, which is a bargain! I think once Eto'o leaves, things might happen for us.
