He doesn't appear to have turned Rom into the beast that strikes genuine fear into the hearts and minds of opposition defenders, and apart from enjoying a kick-around pre-game and at half time, I'm not seeing too much from him as yet.

I hope his appointment works out for us, and was not made out of a misplaced sense of loyalty because in this day and age, we can't afford sentiment - the club has to be hard-nosed and appoint the best people/coaches to do specific jobs.

They wouldn't need hypnotising ,they would drive him to the airport. Barca manager doesn't fancy him one bit, went to sevilla on loan and played 9 in 25 for them starting only 36% of games. Sevilla manager prefers Vidal in there midfield. The same issues he had here are not being addressed i.e. too greedy and sitting around on the floor after being tackled while the game goes on around him. I think Barca valued him at 22m euros , if we could get him for 8-10 m good business.
 

From a religious point of view: wouldn't it be conflicting though if we loaned out Mohamed Salah and would thus have two Mohameds in our squad?
 
In my ideal world, I would like to see an Everton squad like this here coming September 2015, hopefully we will move closer to that in January.

sign Cech, Begovic or a similar boss quality new goalkeeper like Neto for free - sell Howard
sign a new centre half as a free agent - Vlaar, Samba or Reid, if we have money then buying a player like Nastasic could be an option - release Distin
sign a centre half backup like a free agent - Moisander, Sivok, Schär, or buy a talent like Balanta or Hinteregger - release Alcaraz
sign a new centre midfielder from free agency like de Jong, Milner, Delph, Cleverley, Elm or Cork - sell Gibson
buy a new boss attacking player for majority of our available money like Depay, Firmino, Shaqiri, Lacazette or Kampl - sell Pienaar
sign a new backup winger from free agency like Ayew, Konoplyanka or Giovinco - sell McGeady
sign a new attacking backup like, ideally a free agent like Ivelin Popov, Karim Bellarabi, Lasse Schöne or buy a player like Belhanda - sent Atsu back
sign a new backup striker from free agency like Alex Pato, Luiz Adriano, Andre-Pierre Gignac, Danny Ings or Connor Wickham - sell Kone

Cech - Coleman, Jagielka, Samba, Baines - McCarthy, Delph - Mirallas, Barkley, Shaqiri - Lukaku
Robles - Hibbert, Stones, Hinteregger, Oviedo - Besic, Barry - Bellarabi, Naismith, Konoplyanka - Eto'o
plus Galloway, Browning, Garbutt, Osman (we are never selling him, he always gets a new contract...) and Eto'o. Looks better than what we have. I am at least defo doing this in FM15! lol

From what I have been reading because Sevilla don't fancy him he may go back to barca and go to a lower rated Spanish side, because of limited game time. Not sure about the legalities of this but legal and barca don't go hand in hand anyway.
