Yeah I don't think were after Pato tbh. He's probably telling the truth that were not looking to replace Etoo with another striker. Let's be honest he didn't even play Etto up top! We do have Lakaku and Kone plus we have Naismith and Mirallas who can play up top if needs be.

We're really struggling for wingers, so I'd expect his replacement to be a winger. Personally I'd be after 2 wingers and letting one of ours go but hey that's just me.

Whilst january doesn't always offer the best deals, to dismiss it as not offering any value is ridiculous and I'm hoping he's just bluffing.

Winger and maybe a keeper is all I see happening tho.

Essentially we're in a relegation battle of sorts aren't we? And what do teams do in January when they're in a relegation battle? Strengthen.

Clearly Roberto doesn't think we're in any danger of going down so feels theirs no need to strengthen this month as we'll obviously be preparing for another season in the prem this summer. Does Roberto maybe feel Everton are too good to go down? Surely he'd have learned from his time at Wigan that no one is.

Had a poor season by all accounts according to Paulo Baldini. I wouldn't say he's an upgrade on Andre Shurlle.

If the teams at the top feel the need to strengthen in January then sure as sh... we need to!!

Even if we had performed better and were not struggling there would of always been a need to evolve and strengthen.

Although I totaly understand why, the summer was a poor window for us really. We only strengthened by adding Besic. Lakaku and Barry had already been our players for a year. Didn't really refresh with that big addition.

A new signings revitalizes fans and players alike. Pull your finger out Bobby.

In - Pato, Lennon, Konaplyanka and maybe a GK.

Out - Atsu or maybe McGeady.

That's what I'd do.
