I think he was trying to get one in the summer Dave as I remember O'Keefe saying he was still looking on the last day of the window. I would be very surprised if this time around he doesn't have one lined up though, with ongoing injuries to key ayers and letting Eto'o sod off on holiday half a year too soon. 3 points and a signing tomorrow would galvanise everyone.
 
Don't understand why Everton would consider a spurs reject in Lennon..need to sort things out and keep the mirellas he just the flare and desire of winning that everton need to compete..Managers the problem?...although I was not happy with the pen he took but mirellas stud up to be counted.

Let's face it: he's not wanted to be here for some time. Decent player on his day (match winner in fact). But the place we find ourselves right now we'd be better getting rid and rolling the dice again.
 
Trouble is, Bobby can have as many targets as he wants but most players we'd want wouldn't be sold in January leaving only a small number for every other club to fight over if it's not already been decided by the player.

Can't lose him and get nobody though. That would be disastrous.

It'd be a real boost to everyone if he was able to do business there. If we get the right player in Lukaku's season will take off and he'll pull us through.

Pity we cant keep him for the Derby.

If Mirallas goes (added to the fact we got Eto'o off the wage bill) I could conceivably see permanent deals done on a GK, playmaker and maybe a loan deal for a winger.

This weekend is going to be a whirl of activity. As maccavennie says: if we get three points at Palace and players in, things will look a whole lot brighter.

Easily pleased. Especially considering 2 fixtures after that.
 
As some one stated Mirellas is a match winner and match winners are points..I put the the blame a foot of the Manager Martenez?..you have to have a team the communicate this is not happen on the pitch.. Just look a the stats under Martinez relegation at the foot of of door....Keep the players they are under contract...Martenez needs to go He sent Wigan down Toffies are top flight not lower division team..the job is just to big for Him?...
 
I just can't see it happening. Normally I can, but not this time. No outs, no ins. We'll be alright like, but we won't have any magic answer coming in this weekend.

Spurs wouldn't make sense if he wants CL, and from their perspective he'd be cup tied in the EL.

Having said that I'd be happy with £8-10m and Townsend instead of Lennon.
 
If we sell mirallas to Spurs I'll go mental, sign of just how far we've fallen under Martinez this season.
