Could be Spurs are fencing a bit with S'ton over Rodriguez/Schneiderlin and using Mirallas as a bargaining position.

I'm in two minds about it, tbh. He's a decent player we could do with on the pitch; but he's going soon, that's for sure. We need to drive a hard bargain for him when he has time on his contract and flush clubs are looking to push on from January.

My instinct would tell me to sell as long as we got a decent player in like Lennon and immediately used the remainder of any cash to buy again this window.
 
Got to keep Kev till the end of the year. Fact is, he contributes heavily to most of our goals. Lennon isn't on the same planet as him. Sell him in the summer and go from there. The idea of Lennon and Mcgeady as our wingers... We're everton FFS.

Yeah I'd agree with all that except I'd prefer Townsend as he's younger and therefore more valuable.
 
64m plus Eriksen and they can have Kev. In all seriousness of he wants to sod off to Spurs then let him do one. If he doesn't then he can do his talking on the pitch starting with tomorrow and putting in a man of the match performance and helping us to 3 tasty points.

If you could sell mirallas and bring in lennon and konoplaynka by tuesday morning would you do it?

Bearing in mind that mirallas is likely to leave in the summer anyway & a player like konoplaynka would be much harder to attain in the summer than in this window.

Yes definitely.

Mirallas is a good player, but is incredibly injury prone.
