Ha ha I see Sam and Bill have knocked your ambition down. Consistent 7th place finishes and a few top 6 finishes over the last decade and we are consistenly mid table?

Bet you werent saying this when we were lashing £150 million out in the summer and gloating we had a better transfer window than the Kopites.

Facts are:

1. Walsh pished money up the wall
2. Key long injuries have hit us hard
3. Watford screwed us from getting Silva and Moshiri panicked as Unsworth pushed us further into the mire
4. Moshiri reacted to the media over reaction of our "impending relegation" and appointed BSA with the advice of Sams mate Walsh.

We've spent more money again this window outside of the top 6 ( Liverpool only so far) we just need to get shot of the crap players and actually invest money wisely. Walcott is better than what we have and Coleman will be a massive positive, but we need a LB and box to box midfielder alongside Gueye with energy.

Or we can just cry arse on a forum that we shouldnt sign anyone as we are crap and deserve relegation. Can see which fans werent around in the 90's dogfights.

Mate I've been an Evertonian since the early 80's. We've had no ambition or success for 30 years. Last summer we sold our best player in 20 years and replaced him with the level of player we could attract, albeit overpriced.

It's not that we shouldn't sign the players you mentioned it's simply that we can't, 7th/13th what's the difference?? One is upper mid table the other is lower mid table but neither matter.

Has it dawned up on you, the state we are in?

No?

Did i miss something?

We are 9th mate its hardly a Stoke/Southampton situation. Yes we are gash at the moment but do you know the only way to improve? Yes sign better players and sell the gash ones - not whinge that we are gash and argue thats why we shouldn't bother signing improvements!

Alladyce has to go in the summer (personally think he'll see out his contract) but those advocating signing no LB or other signings and just go with what we have when half of the bottom half our breathing down our necks are wrong imo.

oh.

Does Steve Walsh watch our games? Like does he see what we see?

Why are most of his deals he’s advocatinf involving other premiership clubs, for lads who are over priced.

Can’t he see we haven’t got a ball carrier?

I’d love his job. Swanning around Europe having a glass of wine, watching footie.

It’s just that he forgets he’s also supposed to spotting players to improve our team.

Would a new potential manager/signings rather come to 7th placed Everton in the summer or one that finished 10th/11th.

Some of our fans easily forget how those 2 bottom half finishes under Martinez saw us lose out on targets to the likes of West Ham and Stoke who had finished above us (Payet, Shaqiri, Ogbonna) etc. We simply have to finish the season strongly.

All three of whom have been absolutely sh1te
