Almost as strong an accusation as taking a bung for a speaking engagement when it’s illegal based on your contract. BFS is not an honest man, clearly.
..fair point.

And the option of Niasse and Lewin has been shown to be not good enough.Sandro hasnt played, niasse and lewin have always been the option.

Which is it? Walcott isn't needed, or we're screwed if he gets injured? It can't be both, logically.Poor transfers in my book. Tosun an Unproven premier league striker in, Walcott is fine but not really needed. We need a left back so get mangala. Loads of attackers out Sandro, Barkley, Mirallas, Lookman and Lennon. Still glaring holes in the squad and in the team. I just dont think its good buisness and leaves us short attacking wise again. If walcott and bolasie get injured we are screwed, we then have zero pace outwide. FFS
The good news is it looks a lot easier to get rid of players if we wish.
I like that you see the best in people, but Sam has said a lot of contradictory things recently which strikes me as one of two things; dishonesty or a lack of control at the club. Neither thing is good in my view. If he doesn't want to give information about transfers then just stay schtum as it ends up with Allardyce or the club looking like chumps when the opposite happens. Alternatively, he's not making ultimate decisions about the playing staff and that is a bad position for the whole club...I really doubt it was a case of Allardyce ‘lying’. I know folk don’t like him but I think some comments are simply born out of that rather than being analytical. Allardyce appears a straight talking bloke, he tends to say things as they are and my view is that he wasn’t ‘lying’ when he said Lookman wouldn’t be going on Loan. I really can’t see why he would ‘lie’.
I suspect he had no intention of letting him go at that point but it appears Lookman and his agent were forcing the move. With Bolasie and Walcott ahead of him in the conventional winger queue, a re-think was probably had and perhaps a decision made to let him go and get some monies in.
Saying Allardyce was telling ‘lies’ is a very strong accusation.

I still don't understand how our DOF system works and I think it is a major issue.
You would have thought we could have said yes to Williams if we knew we were getting mangala in? Would have been odd saying yes to jagielka as he was playing
Sancho played the last 3 games. You're not paying any attention obvsgame time when? the only one was burke and they was mostly sub appearances

As much as I dislike him and want him gone this is the truth. If you listen to the comments carefully he words it as though Lookman pushed for the loan and then disagreed with the club when they presented him with the accepted offers...I really doubt it was a case of Allardyce ‘lying’.
