Good move for him and for Wolves as well. I rate him higher than DCL, so I wouldn't be against signing him. 40 league goals at Championship level at age of 21 is a brillliant achievement.

Reckon he will be a good player for them if it happens.

He was absolute turd at Swansea last season.

Same bracket as DCL and the waste of space the RS have, Solanke > do a job in the Championship

If gana was 25 I wouldn’t even think about selling him, but he’s 29? It’s going to take 2-3 years to get to where we want to be and that’s if we ever do. At that time he’s going to be 31-32 and need replacing anyway. I don’t see the point in not selling our players that aren’t going to be able to play in our team I. 2-3 years tbh. As long as it’s a decent fee and 30m imo is a very decent fee, goes without saying that he needs a replacement lined up before we let him go imo

I don't advocate it as he's the only one we have to play that role. However if we could get a Doucoure or that type then you would take the money. Our problem is (unless Mcarthy gets back to his best) we have nobody who can play that role like Gana does.

I know what you mean but think we've all become selling clubs now bar City,PsG,Real and Barca.

Options even for clubs below that level are getting very difficult. Think our own academies are going to have to be the only way to go for a few years as even championship player fees are getting silly.

Academies take years to bare fruit from and we have a two year ban on signing young players . I know we are all selling clubs but not in the same way as Ajax or Monaco , players go there knowing they will get their move if they are good enough and get it fast. We are not a push over when it comes to selling our players as stones and lukaku shows. But like I said finding players good enough for the Dutch, German and French League is easy so less failures or complete right offs. If a player fails here , which is more likely , we will potentially take a massive hit like sandro for example.

If we were seriously challenging for Europe then again I wouldn’t sell without replacements, but in all honest this season is a write off so building for next season should start now imo. January is expensive for signings but the flip side is we are getting a 23m profit on a player that is approaching his 30’s

Say we sold him and brought in two younger similar types to build towards next season. We might actually be better off. It's just finding those players. Over to you Marcel.
