11m we should be looking at for Niasse. He's crap but is also capable of scoring Premier league goals.

Unless he's on 150k a week which wouldn't surprise me, then we need to get rid for 7p let alone 7m.

We should get around what we paid for him, think it was £14m, I know he isn't amazing but he could score enough goals to keep a team up and that is worth huge sums of money.

Seen links with Malcom, William and Timo Werner today, think they would be amazing, if we could get 2 out 3 of those.

Nobody knows.

Cos quite frankly this makes ZERO sense.

Loans between Premier Leage clubs and other English counterparts are officially called temporary transfers.

Under the rules in the Premier League Handbook 2017/18 (Download PDF, size: 46.1MB), there are restrictions on how many players Premier League clubs can loan from other Premier League/English clubs.

They are:
- Premier League clubs may not register more than two players on loan at any one time.
- The maximum number of loans registrable in the same season is four, and, under no circumstances, shall more than one be from the same club at any one time.
- Premier League clubs cannot loan to another Premier League club a player they have acquired in the same transfer window.
- A Premier League club may loan not more than one of its goalkeepers to another Premier League club

With the exception of Welsh clubs competing in the competitions listed under Rule V.6.2, loans from a club in membership of another National Association do not count towards the above quotas.

ZERO SENSE

Those are the rules for Premier League clubs taking players on loan from within the English league.

So, for example, Everton could take a player from Chelsea and a player from Arsenal on loan for the first half of the season, then send them back in Jan and get a player from Spurs and a player from Notts County for the second half of the season. That'd be us using all our full allocation of English league loans for the season.

We couldn't sign two Chelsea players on loan at the same time.
We couldn't sign a Chelsea player permanently and then immediately send them on loan to Arsenal.
We couldn't send Joao Virginia on loan to Chelsea and Stekelenburg to Arsenal at the same time.

Importantly, none of this applies to loan deals of any kind done with players and clubs outside the English league.

*I think*
