Can't have it both ways 'Koeman never plays youth', he puts in Davies and Holgate as well as Calvert Lewin. When Koeman says 'we've got greater competition because of young players', people respond 'it's an excuse for us being poor again'. We need some signings but if he had a midfielder in mind and a backup striker then maybe he's thinking we could give the kids a chance and not waste money.
