Definitely mate, big coups. Not only have we got the money to get the talent, we've got a clear plan now & with Unsworth, Walsh, Koeman & the improvements to Finch Farm our academy will only get better.

Really liking the look of Rolan for Bordeaux against PSG.

Could be ideal for that 'Valencia' type player - he's just better.

I posted this in the Sunderland thread (World Football)....but its appropriate here and I'm interested in others opinions...

If Gibson goes to the north east, when Sunderland visit GP on 02/25 - there is a chance that we could be facing 5 ex blues (Lescott, Anichebe, Pienaar, Rodwell and Gibson)

Is that some sort of record I wonder?

Anichebe is out for 3 months.
Surprised they have not tried for James Vaughan though.
