Add jagielka to the 10 that have left and that is a realistic starting line up last season...

You obviously know all about wazza but I'm pretty certain he wasn't an Evertonian whilst he was kissing the united badge at goodison after scoring against us

Mate just what is this obsession with 'net spend' all about? It's competely irrelevant - except when it is blatantly taken outside of its proper context (that Koeman has stated time and again he will not be bullied into buying dross because some fans just want to see money spent). No matter how much more you think we've recouped than spent (also not true - where does your 30m+ sold come from??!), the 'playing squad' has been improved - including, thankfully, by a great crop of academy and/or cheap (DCL) youngsters coming in - so again, money spent is not the measure of success.

Would love to see a couple of CL class players come in and push us on - when available - and then we will see if there's financial backing or not. But for now who gives a flying one if we have a zero net spend in this particular window?

I wouldn't profess to know all about anybody! What I do realise though is that we all make mistakes whoever we are, for me that's what it was and I honestly believe he regrets it. That's my own opinion and I am not trying to convince anybody to agree or disagree with that.
