If we do not sign another striker the combination of either: Walsh is content with Valencia as backup to Rom (Option to buy solidifies this statement)

Or We have won a few games and the board do not wish to invest anymore money and are actively looking to get rid of players (Mccarthy Jags Niasse Tom Del) to balance the books and get net spend as small as possible.

Either one is worrying for me

Wow bang on again, Koeman said few days latter he's happy with enner

I don't mean this in a pessamistic way because i actually prefer to see young strikers come through the academy for the record. But it reads a little within the community of a little bit of brainwashing, people expected signings and now the brainwashing of the academy players are good enough ,we do not need to buy anyone after all, wait until the summer and the rest.

I still think this is a good window for us, got rid of players we wanted to get rid of and look forward to seeing the new signings over the rest of the season so the positive here is that the players we haven't sold are deemed good enough, and hopefully start to form a togetherness unit so to speak and play for each other which we were lacking a few months ago.

We know for a fact that if we didn't win few games in a row we'd be pooing bricks for not signing a striker

Sunderland consider late bid for Arouna Kone
David Moyes is eyeing a third signing from Everton in January
Which reminds me......before anyone completely loses their mind about our lack of activity the last couple of days. Take a deep breath, then for just a moment consider that there is a club who just signed not one but TWO players - and is now on the precipice of singing a third.

That club is Sunderland. Those players are Oviedo, Gibson and Kone.

It could be far, far worse my friends.

Toffees boss Ronald Koeman has been keen on the highly-rated defender but Burnley are adamant he's going nowhere this month.

The BBC claim any potential switch on deadline day is now off.

They add that Everton will renew their interest at the end of the season and wait until then to make a serious attempt at landing him.

Clarets manager Sean Dyche insisted this week that Keane is not for sale.

Done best lock the thread can only see outgoings now
