The most thorough analysis I can find regarding peak is detailed below. It suggests that, though there are exceptions, most players and in particular attackers have begun declining by 28.
It seems that paying £25m+ for a 27yo pacy winger was foolish. £20m+ for a 27yo DM is more astute but by 30 there'll be a big decline in value so I hope SW knows what he's doing financially speaking.

Actually Pennington can be added to the list now, with him being over 21.
So that makes 11.
