I can't see anyone at the club signing off a 37 year old mate. Imagine the reaction they would get! 37 year old from West brom? Would go down horribly with the fans, even as a short term option.

Especially when much younger defenders are out there, Van Dijk, for what little hope there is in that deal is 12! years younger. Jesus, that is a whole career worth.
