Stop the Grealish shouts, the horrible little show pony. All media hype
Really? Guys brilliant. I do get why people may take a disliking to him and with the media giving him the big one all the time but he's a good good player whose improving all the time. He's destined for a big move and expensive one

I think it's interesting that most of the players we are being linked with are over 25, some over 30, which seems at odds with our summer transfers, where aside from Delph, it was predominantly younger players we were linked with. Some of the players are good, like Insigne, Mertens, etc. Just a bit worried we will have to pay over the odds on wages and then if they flop, we are stuck with them for 4 years or more. We still have a load of players like that now

You can ignore most of the Napoli player links, IMO. I mean we might sign 1, but I doubt it.

Plus we have Ancelotti now, hes not a young manager, he will need ready cooked players that perform NOW, rather than works in progress, IMO we have more than enough works in progress.

But I agree, signing the likes of Mertens, who is a wonderful little player, but is also 33 at the start of next season and has never played in the league, would be a silly mistake.
