I got some stick for saying I'm beginning to get frustrated with Brands last week.

This is exactly why. He's had months to prepare, there's no reason to go to deadline day given out vulnerability is obvious.

Europe was still attainable, but that boat has salled due to inaction yet again.

It was a possibility prior to the last two games. The league is wide open.

We needed to win them both to realistically have a go, but we didn't reinforce that midfield in time to do so.

To be fair I'd be less inclined to be annoyed by signing no one if the alternative is bringing in obvious crap like Bolasie again.
