January Transfer Window 2012

It'll be Pienaar, nothing surer. Bill staying in London and not travelling up, and Harry in court all day.

Bill likes nothing more than the "I've brought a blue home" schmaltz. Remember him with DF?

The feller is an actor 24/7...

Bet you'd be gutted if Kenners bought Messi.

Cerci deal is dead. Italian transfer window is SHUT.

NEXT?!

I'm pretty sure transfer windows for player registrations, so if the Italian window is closed it means you can't sign a player for an Italian team but you can sign him to any country with an open window.

Saha is now too old to play week in/week out and on too much money for us to keep him on the bench. Move him on, I wish him well at Spurs. He could do well there being brought in every now and again, playing in a technically better side etc.

Whether or not this is a good move depends on incomings, but I'm not saying it's a bad more per se.

I'm just not enjoying the palpable hatred being directed towards him. For me he was one of Moyes' best signings and he doesn't deserve some of the things people are saying.

People are so ****ing fickle. Saha is a class act. This time last year we were praying for him to be fit enough to figure.
He's been starved of service and absolutely shot of confidence. He's been playing at every opportunity as Moyes clearly recognised this - a goal would have got him going again. Anyone who's ever played sport knows how much a bit of good fortune changes your mentality, professionals are no different.

I've criticised his work rate this season, but that's only been evident as he's not been scoring - he's never been a work horse.

I wish him all the best, and should he get the opportunities I'm positive he'll find the net for Spurs. It's a good deal, especially if there is a fee for him. He was looking less and less likely of earning a new deal at Goodison. If it sees Pienaar returning under any circumstance then it's even better as he adds the much needed balance to our side.
