From 3-4 to 2-3 to 2 to loans. Everton that.

I don’t see this as being unrealistic at all.

2 loans could be Elanga straight loan and Sulemana or Tall Paul Sneezing on loan with option/obligation, whichever we didn’t get on loan we could probably try to make permanent, maybe going for Antonio if he’s cheap.

I think 2 loans + at least 1 permanent will happen. I also think there’ll be enough left over to translate Coady to a permanent too before that option becomes invalid which is probably a priority too.

Minimum 2 starting players in tomorrow. We need depth too but we absolutely need a wide man and striker. I simply don’t believe there can be rumours of us bidding £40m for Gallagher and £25m for Sulemana if it was known we couldn’t spend anything. Absolutely no chance. There has to be money spent from Gordon’s sale, there will be war otherwise, everyone knows this.

He says he’s been reliably informed the Gordon money won’t be spent. This has just been tweeted

Maddock is so often wide of the mark.

Not disputing whether we'll spend the Gordon money or not because I have no idea, but he ran a massive spread on us having an Ings bid rejected earlier in January when we never even did anything more than ask if he was going to be available.

And today he was one of the first to call foul on the Gallagher rumours, but there's definitely some grey area there. It doesn't seem there's been a bid but definitely something has been worked on.

It's weird. But his record is pretty much 50-50.

Bournemouth are absolutely smashing the Jan transfer window
They're safe as sound...even if we were to come back from the championship next season, we'll go down the season after that...we are miles behind the likes of Bournemouth, forest, Leeds...24 hours to safe the club but preparing myself to be disappointed.

We are clinging on the words of David Maddock and the Esk here ffs… Maddock is hardly a good source and the Esk… Mr Witsel is ours
Maddock is a wham chatting ferret and regards Esk, he says every window that we dont have money to spend and we spend it.

That doesnt mean hes "wrong", hes right, we shouldnt spend it, but we always do and we always make a mess of it, leaving us even further in the brown stuff.

Im not saying dont spend by the way, but for once spend it wisely.

Loans would sadly be prudent.
