As mentioned on the space, there are at least 2 major factors (i) there's no guarantee buying a player is any more effective than receiving a loan player, and if we were to be relegated then buying a permanent player is a much worse decision than returning a loan player, and (ii) there's no guarantee that funding is in place for the next stadium obligations. The 2 factors combined may represent a stronger case for loans rather than purchases
How about going down how does that affect the old finances? Because that's where we are going if we don't invest
 


I'm really hoping we can get deals done for Sulemana and Becker. They would be two exceptional signings. But we need CFs. I'm not sure tall Paul will cut it. Think the lad from Coventry could be decent. If this was another club and not Everton, signing both would be good.

Fraser, Antonio, Ayew and Lee Chapman on deadline day it is then.
 
Is it wrong that when I see Brighton signed someone I immediately wish Everton got him and when I see Everton is on a guy I expect him to fail miserably if he actually does sign?
