Honestly given that we want to play two up top and only have 3 strikers at the club the decision to send him out on loan is puzzling...

It’s got nothing to do with Dyche. Thelwell should have a long list of young promising talent. However the only rumours we’re hearing about is Ayew and Fraser. This tells me that Thelwell is one useless bellend.

Or maybe he had a plan but that plan changed with the appointment of Dyche , a totally different style of manager to Lampard with different player requirement’s.
Idea of a DoF is he recruits players based on a style of play he oversees throughout the club.
But once again our DoF has had the rug pulled from under him by the appointment of a manager whose style of football is entirely at odds with that of the previous incumbent.
When you add the overall impression of a club with no vision and no clue and then throw in a manager who ,whether you like him or not, has neither the profile or charisma to attract players here, it’s no wonder we’re having problems recruiting any players.

The new Boss will want to look at who he has in the squad before deciding what he believes to be deadwood, mate. But it is now too late and Sean Dyche doesn't have the time to properly access the players before the Window closes.
