I think he had a horrible injury years ago but he was once considered a future top player.

I think he'd be terrible here now.

No one is listening to that. They know they have no clout anywhere now.

IMO the club will be sold soon. VERY soon.

That's the only thing I can think now.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the players we’ve apparently been linked with have been briefed by the club on how toxic the fans are and their safety is not guaranteed.

The sorry state of affairs that we find ourselves in with this is that the greatest public show of disapproval to the board is on a matchday however over a period of two decades the gaslighting has split the fanbase. A proportion of the blues have been vocal and I must say in a well behaved way minus the minority of idiots chasing cars.
The reality is a lot of fans are not of the mindset of protest and ground down through years of “plucky ev”, “punching above our weight” or “knife to a gunfight” and are at the stage of apathy. Until the apathy turns to anger, the board will do everything in its power to cling to self preservation.

Let’s not forget that ten years or so ago, we marched because the club did not sign a player for five transfer windows so this is nothing new. Just part of the great goodison con.
