I wouldn’t be surprised if we tried to sign him, Forrest will surely lose money on the £15m they spent, I don’t think you can judge him in his time there, they signed so many players it’s mental. He’s had 10 appearances , 1 goal and 1 assist this season. Better than Maupay, 16 appearances and 1 goal.

He really did his homework on scouting players and understanding what we needed.

Funny you say bullet dodged despite the fact that if he were leaving them I’d nearly put the house on him coming to us.

Loan with an option to buy for £10m in the summer or something like that is almost a guarantee for a deal we’ll try to be doing I’d say.

Just looked into this actually, already played for Watford this season and Forest as well. Isn’t there a rule that a player can’t play for more than 2 clubs in a single season? Is that not a rule that applies across Europe or something too, how are they gonna get rid of him if that’s the case?

You can play for more than 2 teams in a season, you just have to get permission from fifa ( probably pay them some cash) it’s fine.
