I'd take Ings he's a finisher yes he's 30 so it's not ideal, but he's a goal scorer it's a short term one but offer him two years?

I would have him to if the price was right. We still desperately need a wide forward and a creative midfielder can’t see all that been sorted out this month tho.I'd take Ings he's a finisher yes he's 30 so it's not ideal, but he's a goal scorer it's a short term one but offer him two years?
Be nice to have a player who can do both.Of course.
Vertical leaps > finishing
If he adds 5-8 goals covering when Lewin is injured then it could be the difference in us staying up and going down. We need goals, don't care if its an ex RS that provides them.I'd take Ings he's a finisher yes he's 30 so it's not ideal, but he's a goal scorer it's a short term one but offer him two years?
Yep, I'd take him assuming the price and wage was right. We saw against us in August, he doesn't need 3/4 chances to score.I'd take Ings he's a finisher yes he's 30 so it's not ideal, but he's a goal scorer it's a short term one but offer him two years?
Cheeky bid for Tommy Robinson?Well we do need a right winger
It's easy to excuse every short term deal on its own but then you end up with a whole team of guys who aren't good and are getting worseI'd take Ings he's a finisher yes he's 30 so it's not ideal, but he's a goal scorer it's a short term one but offer him two years?
My concern isn't necessarily with Ings but with how Everton seem unwilling to adapt the style of play to the players we have available. We've not had any tall target man while Dom has been out but we haven't changed our approach play. We need to be willing to change how we play to suit the types of goals Ings can get. Thats just something I haven't seen us do yet.I'd take Ings he's a finisher yes he's 30 so it's not ideal, but he's a goal scorer it's a short term one but offer him two years?
Absolutely. This fella is the blaggest of the blag sources, he needs banning
True but do you also trust this club to secure a player with potential from another league that will also score goals/offer something this season? They usually get it wrong or don't gamble. It's easy to excuse every short term deal on its own but then you end up with a whole team of guys who aren't good and are getting worse
Being from Bristol, I watch him play on a regular basis. He’s a very good player and has everything to go to the top, but still very young and I wouldn’t say he’s ready for the prem just yet. Would be a signing for the future rather than now. Similar in style to Barkley… minus being a knobhead!Everton want to sign teenager Alex Scott from Bristol City in January
Everton are among half a dozen Premier League clubs, including Bournemouth, who are interested in signing Bristol City youngster Alex Scott, according to talkSPORT.
The Toffees are looking to be proactive in the January transfer window following a poor start to the Premier League season, and they have locked onto Guernsey-born Scott, who has made 25 appearances in the Championship this term.
-- £10mil apparently.
Ultimately the issue is it's diminishing returns even over that short period.I'd take Ings he's a finisher yes he's 30 so it's not ideal, but he's a goal scorer it's a short term one but offer him two years?
I'd prefer they tried to start doing the right thingsTrue but do you also trust this club to secure a player with potential from another league that will also score goals/offer something this season? They usually get it wrong or don't gamble.
