Less then 10 months at a football club thats 2 minutes.

A) you don't have a clue if we're close to signing one or not

B) if we aren't signing players its because we don't have to money to get in the quality of the player we need. Thats the boards fault.

Do you honestly think thelwell is sat there right now thinking "should I get some players in for the team? Nah, sod it I'll leave it another week"

Christ why don't people see it goes beyond the DoF. The exact same thing with Walsh, brands and now thelwell and people are still moaning at the DoF.

I know that the board are at fault for the majority of the problems at the club, I think that is obvious to most.

However, you can’t give the DoF grace for every window when we are absolutely toothless going forward.

Thelwell hasn’t been there for long, yet he’s overseen the signings of Maupay and McNeil to replace Richarlison. Whilst having months to get a fwd player in as a priority and we are nowhere near signing one. The longer we go without a decent forward, the more he has to take blame for it.

Everybody knows it goes beyond the DoF, just as everybody knows it goes beyond the manager. The entire forum is full of people blaming the board, and there are chants against them at the ground. People are not missing the bigger picture here, but it’s important to remember that 2 things can be true at the same time.

As both can be true, the issue with trying to replace the manager or DOF is the board and Moshiri would be responsible for finding quality replacements which they have failed to do the entirety of Moshiris time here (Carlo being the exception but that was just luck due to when Napoli let him go).
 
Everyone is to blame at the club if we want to throw it around, but regards the board and owner this is two seasons running they've helped mismanage us into a relegation battle
