I agree with you here, that we are not being restricted by any spending rules and that our lack of expenditure is due to the unique issues effecting Usnsnov and Moshiri.

However, in the scheme of things, 20 million isn’t that much to either of them, and in my opinion they should be sorting something out to add about that to our transfer funds in an attempt to stave off the massive costs and reduction in value that would come from relegation.

I think we will find some cash from somewhere. If you believe our ‘interest’ in Mudryk and Kudos was genuine and not just media PR, then it follows that there should be funds available now!

Lampard has said there are funds, and it was confirmed that we made bids for Brereton at the end of the transfer window as well- how much we have is a different question. Maybe we could do a 40M deal if it's only 3M upfront!
