Can anyone explain how these premier league spending rules work. Havent we gone 3 transfer windows in a row without making a loss. Wasnt the reason why richarlison was sold so late so his fee could go on our books as profit and thats how we could sign onana.

Does have a distinct feeling about this situation, almost like the entire club has just given up.
Not just transfers, but everything. Just a really weird feel about the entire situation. Manager is out of his depth and fighting against the tide, players don’t look arsed, fans are fuming with the board and the board is just MIA trying to save face and not really arsed the team is in free fall.
