The only people who know the answer to this question will be the people at the top level of the club, not a collection of fans on some internet forum regurigtating whatever made up rumour some random bloke on twitter has invented for likes.
Common sense would tell you the answer probably falls between "no, we have no money to do deals" and "we might do 1 or 2 small bits of business if a player becomes available that can improve the squad, is better than what we have, and fits our limited budget".

The only people "in the know" are the people at the club whose job it is to do transfer business, and I'm sure none of them are on here, which makes asking an internet forum made up of fans who have zero involvement in such dealings if the club are going to do business over the next month a pretty redundant question.
January isn't a great time to buy in terms of value or quality, so when you consider our finances and need to be prudent (and frugal) it isn't likely at all.
Thelwell is being cautious with what he said because if they say, "No, we're likely to do business," there'll be people who jump on that ignoring all of the above.
I suspect any business will also be based on whether Danjuma remains with us or not.
Feel it’s more of we need to strengthen in areas in January. But due to are financial situation, we are likely going to be looking at loans, free agents or player contracts who run out in the summer.
Kevin needs to try find a solution, as everyone has accepted that was is likely to relegate us is injuries if anything.
Just have to hope we can manage to do some business.

If people only posted factual things on a 'transfer window' thread there would only be about three posts. Most things people post on these threads are rumours they read on twitter or whatever they heard down the pub, but they post it anyway, for the sake of posting it. No critical thinking required; but sure, if you want to believe that hundreds of people "must know" what business the club is doing over the next month just because they are on a fans forum, or that the DOF would publically say anything other than "we'll try to improve the squad if we can", then I'll leave ya to it.
It's too early in the day to have to explain common sense to a pigeon.
