There is a very clear pathway to the first team.

A little free with the keys there ,Holgate had to go out on loan so did Coleman ,as has the unmentioned JJK ,Vlasic was binned almost as soon as he played.Most of the rest were first teamers before .

Got to love our supporters, Unsworth was the 2nd coming when he stood in pre Big Sam and won the U23 Premier league, everyone calling for him to get the big job.

Don’t remember this? I remember him filling in as interim and getting a couple of decent wins and being left in the job far longer than he should’ve done leading to some of our most embarrassing crushings in recent memory.

His job is to develop academy players to the level required to play in the first team. He has been in his role for 6 years and has provided one first team player, he has failed.
