He looked taller than Keane and quick on the turn. Good with both feet and rather imposing and confident.

Sounds like he was quite physical during his loan period as well.

Definitely has the right attitude and I was hoping he and Godfrey could be our long term partnership at the back -- with another top player signed to add competition.

For me, he looked the profile of someone who would play for England but very early days.

Those teams fighting for survival so doubt they would risk unplayed youngsters, he would probably be more suited at a mid table Championship team like Blues or Reading.
