Did PSV not want to exercise their right to throw us an offer? I heard a couple months ago that was the case.. now it sounds like they're not going to? unless it turns out that we've priced them out.
Time for hard ball with these leeching clubs. Like Juventus sucked the life out of that loan deal for Kean.

Get him back in and let Dyche take a look at him.

I would imagine it will be price.
I don't really see any big teams looking at him yet, so if Dyche offers him first team football, I think we will see him stay

Roma, United and a couple of others have been mentioned in the media.

We never had these injuries at bellefield.

I genuinely think it’s the training pitches. I have absolutely no grounding of fact or inside info - pure hunch
I bet they are built on clay soil foundations. With the rain in the north west it makes the pitches like playing on concrete as the ground is very hard all the time. Clay soil is a groundman's worst nightmare.

….I’ve been on them and they are built to replicate Goodison in size and surface. They are very firm, regardless of rain. It’s pretty much the same for every Premiership pitch. They just about take a stud but an inch below the surface is very firm. Its not so much dependent on the natural soil bed, they are constructed that way.

As I’ve said many times on here, I’m wary of the impact on joints and muscles when training on those surfaces every day.

Getting back to Branthwaite, I think he could be very special. He’s only 20, we should be thinking more about extending his contract than merely ‘having a look at him’.

They`re not.

The whole training ground is built on what used to be very fertile farmland, used for growing crops.

Crops won`t grow on clay.

Plus the state of the art artificial pitches they use, can be altered to have the softness / hardness changed, depending on what they want to play on.

They use this site to project their cataclysmic Everton anxieties onto others, who then compete with them with catastrophes that don’t come true. The weather is warm and girls are wearing pretty summer dresses and wanting kisses but they want to G O and T.
For some, doom and gloom is the name of the game. Now we've survived relegation, the worries have to be whether the pitch will fit in BMD...

...or an upcoming asteroid strike to Doucouré's thigh. I feel sorry for their wives and girlfriends, but by that I mean their £174.99 doll imported from China.

"NO! I don't want any tea! Don't you understand, the grass length at Finch Farm is too long for Branthwaite!"
