I think being left footed would have him in a lot of first team line ups of better teams including the England team in the future alongside Stones. Managers absolutely love a left footed centreback that can play out from the back.

Guehi and Colwill on the England list for LCB.

Difficult to push through.
 

As said in the Tarks thread, these two look like they've been playing together for years.

Branthwaite has that presence Mina did imo. Not afraid to mix it and pretty quick aswell.

Only issue now is he's on 4 yellows so matter of time before it's a one match ban so well lose him for one of the tough games in November/December.

Ideally the Newcastle game as the next 3 are all more winnable with him.
