2024/25 Jarrad Branthwaite

The biggest compliment to Jarrad is that Tarks looked like Tarks from last season.

They have a solid understanding, and the partnership they share was integral to last seasons ease at staying up.

If we keep Branners and Tarks fit, we should be fine.

TFG need to offer him what he wants to stay, make sure he knows the club has ambition, and build the whole thing around him.

When he took over looking after Mateta from Tarks, Mateta disappeared. Absolute beast. I love him

Ref was so inconsistent- how Palace players never ended in the book for blatant pulls. Doucs was climbed on for Palace's goal (iirc, though).

He is what Dias was to Man City, what VVD was to scum. Elevates everyone around him, communicates, reads the game, expects the worst (I.E. accounts for others mistakes up-front), and on top of that is calm, aggressive and physically imposing, and makes good decisions on the ball. Elite player.

Everyone around him just looks better when he plays, whether it's Pickford, Mykolenko, Tarks, or the holding midfielders. what a talent.

Think everyone itk (aka Everton fans) were not confident start of this season with him being injured (albeit playing JOB over Keane might have helped - lack of ruthlessness a big Dyche flaw) but now he's back no reason we can't push for a top ten finish. It's that simple!
