Was just thinking that - surely he needs to play games at whatever level just to get the feel for it again - he’s miles off at the minute

I get not playing him the last game if the plan was to start him today but he never even got a minute vs Watford so should have played the U23 game before that. Bizzare just throwing him in.

Quite clearly done as a top level player I reckon, even if he physically could do it (which appears beyond him) his head/heart has gone.
Any chance of him being written off for insurance purposes?
