You're probably right so he needs to get himself back and start training. Otherwise we fine him repeatedly and/or sack him. Losing him him for nothing suits us.

Sure...I know he has been injured a lot, but he is no injured, just can't be bother to turn up...his agent made it clear that he would not be coming back to everton.
