Genuine questions, surely HR and Employment Law apply to Footballers Contracts too?

If we have told him to stay away, fair enough but failure to turn up should start some sort of disciplinary process?

Surely we can SACK players if the circumstances allow as per normal rules for work?

Reckon he’s probably training with another club to try to earn a contact which he’ll sign right at the end of the window after fleecing us for a few more weeks wages.
