If the OP is correct at least that rules out Lenny Henry.
I personally watch Soccer Saturday with the sound turned down as I am only Interested in the scores as if I wanted to listen to a load of nomarks talking I could just turn on Talk sport.

If you take away his slow and deliberate intonation and over emphasis on words and actually listen to the content it's absolute nonsense.

He must be good at contract negotiations though, nobody I've ever met has ever found him funny, interesting or insightful and yet he sits there on a couch every week chatting bubbles and picking up a king's ransom.
