I like Lindstrom a lot, but I til we change manager we won't see him succeed.

He's a wide forward/no 10 suited to play in an attacking team, we play as defensively as we could be and stick him almost with the fullback responsibilities for 70% of the game.

If we change manager which we should, then depending who comes in determines especially this lads future.

His downturn in form from Germany isn't the result of injuries or bad attitude - it's entirely down to finding himself in consecutive bad moves in terms of the roles he's being asked to play.

Highlighted the first bit because I really can't work out what you've liked? Is this based on you watching him in Germany a couple of years ago or just the fact he seems he's trying his best?

I'll start entertaining the idea it's all down to his position when he starts showing a bit more in terms of ability. Even if you put Ndiaye at left back you'd see there was a player there. It's just not the case with Lindstrom.

i am danish. Lindstrøm is not a winger - he is locked out there. He needs a free role behind a no 9, threatening behind the opponents defence.. he was erratic at Frankfurt in that role.

But our manager is a dinosaur and prefer Doucs in there..

Well I've seen him receive the ball out wide multiple times today, get his head up, and find an Everton player on the edge of the box (to basically mess it up). Maybe you're not watching.
