I'm certain both this lad and Ndiaye are way better in that ten role than McNeil.

But in the ten McNeil doesn't get as exposed as much as he does at lw and Dyche seems to want to protect little Dwight.

I remember Pienaars start after arriving from Dortmund mate, exact same stuff got said about him by many fans as is being said about Lindstrom already.

Yep Stevie P looked as weak as piss when he first arrived.

Let's get it right, Lindstrom should have buried a chance and that would have got him up and running and got us the win.

But given the choice, I'd rather watch Dixon and Lindstrom together than Young and Harrison.

The comparisons to Pienaar are a bit wishful, he's nowhere near him.

We are struggling without him as the extra man in midfield.

Everyone who's skating Dyches style of footy and wanting him out for a more progressive manager whose then slating Lindstrom, it's kind of comical.

He gets in good positions, runs at players, not scared of the ball, looks to create space, and actually looks like he would suit a way more attacking setup with possession, but nah let's roll with Doucoure, Dwight and Harrison instead as they put the hard yards in and suit the 25% possession game.

He got in the positions. They'll eventually drop. Harrison would've been sat holding the full backs hand or gone backwards with the same opportunity

You can see he’s short of confidence but there’s certainly a player in there. He needs a good run in the team.

Likes the fact all through the game he was talking to Dixon too mate, he's low on confidence but tried to help a novice still even so.

The first one in one was piss poor, seemed to get his body shape all wrong and leaned back and lost all power, second ill be honest i thought was great by the keeper, almost hsd s third great chance as well but think he was trying to slide it to Ndiaye for a tap in and the centre back made a great recovery interception.

I liked what I saw tonight, the right system and manager he'd come good.
