2024/25 Jesper Lindstrom

You think he was the worst player on the pitch at HT, I think DCL and Doucoure were worse, and had more of a negative impact on our play/scoreline than Lindstrom did (DCL missing sitter & Doucoure not defending from the corner).

I don't think he played well - his spot kicks did result in some of our better chances/positions in the first half, but the corner before the goal it was bad for him to not get shut of it, and you can't have a little huff after losing the ball in front of the manager.

He was right to get hooked off, but so should Doucoure, McNeil had offered ZERO the first half, and DCL didn't even connect with a gilt edged chance and was useless. But the manager has his favourites... he's fortunate one of them came up trumps for him.

The way you're going on he had an Ashley Young red card level performance - and for whatever reason, I think you're blowing the negative of his performance up out of all proportion.
It’s not about impact. There’s a minimum level of effort and attitude that a member of a team must bring, and he was so far below that today it’s baffling you can’t see that.

If Dyche hadn’t taken him off at half he rightly would have lost the team.

I did see that.

I also saw that in the first half performance of Doucoure, DCL & McNeil. Which is the point I'm making. Anyway we've won and I'm not wasting time focusing on the downers of the game than the uppers.

I’m paraphrasing a bit, but Dyche said the first half was poor but we know we can correct it with the right players on the pitch.

Hope he takes this to heart and turns it around.

Same player came on who played in the first 3 horror shows ya mean mate, yeah right player lol.

Dyche got very lucky today, was the opponents manager making a tactical shift which led to Dwight getting more space, zero that Dyche did beside yelling run harder.

Mate, he's brought right back k into the team players who've had horror shows and cost games before, young straight back after the red cards every time etc.

Should Dyche have taken off McNeil the other week when after losing the ball to the CB he threw up his arms, stopped running and it cost us the game mate, or is that different because you don't like one and the other is a Dyche favourite
