David Moyes has admitted he likes the look of Joao Moutinho but he has yet to make a move for the Sporting Lisbon midfielder.
The 21-year-old looks to be one of the players Moyes will make a move for at some point over the summer and the Everton boss will is looking at him during Euro 2008 when he plays for Portugal.

"He is a very good player," said Moyes, "but there is nothing in it at this moment in time."

Moutinho: Barcelona train comes once in a lifetime

Sporting Lisbon midfielder Joao Moutinho admits he would jump at the chance of joining Barcelona.


The Portugal international said: "Barcelona is one of those trains that pass you once in a lifetime."
Barca are expected to open talks with Sporting over a fee for Moutinho after June 15, which is when his £18 million buyout clause expires.

I believe he can put on an Everton jersey, but not on loan.

We should keep an eye on Simon Vukcevic. He's only 21, totally crazy and commited (in Ferguson's style) and he has great ability. can play left winger, in the hole or as a second striker. Has a thunderous shot also.

Orlando Engelaar who Moyes is rumoured to be interested in for £6mill is 6ft 6 inches defensive midfield player. That should cover the short arses.
