Joel Robles

In the main he has done well since coming into the first team, and has looked a lot better than Steklenberg did.

However he always has a mistake in him, and if you go through the not so many goals we've conceded since Christmas, he'd be liable for a good portion of them.

Gutted about today, no need for it, so yeah he has had an awful few weeks.
If we do sign a new keeper in the summer I would be shocked if it's any of the names regular posted on here, the likes of Heaton and Schmeichel we have seen over the last week are not good enough. Pickford hasn't got the experience for a club who not only have europa league next season but want to push for top 4. Hart is a clown who makes stupid mistakes like Joel did today, there will be someone in one if the European leagues I'm sure if we buy

Heaton the one who let THREE in today!

Don't think it does anyone any good being stubborn whichever side of the fence you're on. I've been a supporter of Robles. A supporter of giving him a chance as he had done very well.

But now he's doing what Stek did. One bad performance turns into another. His head just went today and that was one of the most bizarre mistakes I've seen. He chased the lad around like an episode of Tom and Jerry, when there was no danger. There's split second mistakes and then there's that.

Hopefully he can regain his form but there's no doubt he's been poor of late.
