Every club has its scumbag element, no point us pretending we don't....the guys calling Stones a f***ing ray at last nights game are scumbags!....the guys following stones after the game to abuse him are scumbags....if any fans have gone to his home to abuse him they are bigger scumbags than any....

These guys are brainless....absolute morons....hope they're reading this (if they can read)....they're embarrassing to the rest of us.....

It really isn't mate, in the past two years under Mourinho Zouma/Kalas/Ake got a combined 8 league starts, in the equivalent period Stones had 38 despite spending almost three months out with injury.

Agree with you that Mourinho has developed Hazard extremely well though.

Btw does Cahill play much on the left at all? Almost always when I see him he is the RCB, even when paired with junior Cbs like Jones/Smalling for England or with Zouma - about the only time I've seen him switch over was when he came on for Terry against WBA last weekend. Just wondering as have never seen Stones play as LCB either in his two years with us/England youth teams so always wondered how Mourinho was planning a Cahill/Stones partnership to work.

In Hazard's very first season at Chelsea, he established himself as one of the finest players in the Premiership right from the start. In terms of his attacking ability, Mourinho has not played a significant part in his development. He was the player he is now when Chelsea signed him. The one area of Hazard's play Mourniho has impacted is his defensive responsibility and work rate. That's it. Eden Hazard was always going to be a world class talent with or without Mourinho's guidance.

Erm.

I've said to him he has got absolutely everything. He's only 22, he has the world at his feet and with the way he’s playing and the ability he has on the ball, he is scaring the life out of people."

Frank Lampard on the 22-year-old Eden Hazard, March 2013

On 3 June 2013, Chelsea chief executive Ron Gourlay announced the appointment of Mourinho as manager for the second time, on a four-year contract

So Hazard was already scaring Premiership defences before Jose arrived. He was bought as a quality player and has remained a quality player. Well done Jose. Well done for picking him to play most weeks.
Hazard was a good player when Mourinho arrived but believe he has done quite a lot of work to develop him into the excellent player he currently is, esoecially in his work rate and positioning. Perhaps that development would have happened under anyone but, although I am no Jose fan, believe a lot of it is down to him. Fair enough, you think differently.

As of a few months back he was living back at his mum and dad's in Penistone - near Barnsley - though admittedly only 30/40 minute drive from Hale.
