Every player has a price, but I don't think many clubs will want to pay the asking price for John Stones.
He is a left sided defender and so is Galloway. In time that may become a problem but not for another couple of seasons until Galloway has more experience.

I have no doubt that if a deal were in the offing that RM would not be stating that he doesn't see any of his core players leaving.

Of course there will be interest in him and McCarthy and Coleman and Barkley and Lukaku and possibly Besic and now probably Galloway as well. Clubs will always want good players and the biggest and richest clubs will always look for the best players and at the moment Everton seems to have it's own fair share.

Based on the money required to get Stones from us and the fact Chelsea don't require a CB having already got 3 on rotation i just don't see it happening.

If i am being honest the only CB i could picture Mourinho going for if he feels its time to replace Cahill this season and wait for Terry to have 1 more good season would be Varane. Varane is the only young defender mourinho has ever trusted and considered him by far the best young CB and 1 of the best CBs in general throughout world football.

I wouldn't be jingoistic about it, be a ridiculous decison even if he was mongolian, but i do think there is more pressure on Englands management to produce then there should be for the welfare of the player. Exhibit A: Ross Barkley.

Exhibit B : Messi

Look back at him and what tournaments he played during the summer while playing over 50 games a season. I think he went 6 summers in a row playing youth tournament a, World Cup, copa America and Olympics. Does not seem to have done much harm to his career.

The comment was from one person at one agency. I assume they hear things about other potential deals. They will all be in contact with whoever deals with transfers at each club you'd think?

I wouldn't say that, mate. He's played on the right of Jagielka plenty of times this season, has also played at right back, and is right footed. Not sure what gave you the idea he's a left sided player.
