Spot on. One of my neighbours is a footy journo for a broadsheet. He will never ever give me any info or even the slightest sniff of a rumour, however he did say that one of his major sources of info for transfer gossip during what he calls " quiet news days " are Internet forums !!!

So he uses jarg forum transfer rumours to fill his column during the closed season and we get all excited about stuff thats already on here !

Don't believe the hype !

dont know why anyone pays attention to the rags. baines has been in Manchester for 5 years if they were right

this is why I was hoping Bobby would have rested him for the last couple of game of the season. Send him off on Holiday so he actually does get a rest, play Browning if we are going to be using him next season.

Browning will be playing RB when he gets game time for the next season-ish I suspect, in the same way that Martinez has said Galloway will be LB.

Not totally relevant to the point of your comment though haha
