If he goes do it with nice sell-on clause,
City are so up their own a*se they'll think why is he ever going to leave here!

if he does turn out to be awesome, he will bin off City in a couple of years to go to Spain or Italy or somewhere.

He may yet be the best of his generation, however, a well drilled disciplined defence with pace and decent goalkeeper, goes just as far. if he wants to move so be it. I'd more worried if it was offensive player.

But he scored several important goals in the big games and has not been valued 40m and didnt put any silly transfer request in.

Stones was a part of terrible defensive block, didnt prevent from conceding too much, didnt score a single goal and probably didnt provide any assist. Not too good for a 50m man wanting to escape from Everton to join "top"club

Why was his transfer request 'silly'? And to be fair I'd have been impressed had he put a tr in considering he only officially signed last deadline day!

Stones is by far and away the best young talent in Britain. Easily.

Barring a major buy-out of Juve or one of the Milan clubs, not gonna happen.

From a team competing at the top end of the Prem, the only step up is Barca or Real.

Chinese consortium in the process of taking over Milan.

Yes I know, but that's still a step down.

Serie A is recovering with some decent sides, but bar Juve and Roma, is still a bit of a tip. There's no European powerhouses in that league.

Stones, if he goes to City, will only then leave there if it's a) because he's ace and off to Barca or b) cos he's done a Rodwell (very unlikely, IMO)

As good as he was when he first broke through he's been terrible more than he's been good the last 2 seasons. Last season especially he was awful, that and the fact we've got Funes Mori now means it's a no brainer to sell him.

It'll be gutting to see him develop at City, but he doesn't want to be here and we will get ridiculous money for him.
