I am fine with this deal particularly if Bony is thrown in aswell my only worry is Bony won't be coming here to play back up like he was at City so unless we are going 2 up top this could be the start of the transfer ripple effect that see's Lukaku off aswell.

Or it could mean that Lukaku actually has to work for the starting spot which can only be a good thing, he has had it far too easy for too long

Why are we the joke!?

The club will have agreed with City when to announce the deal - just like they did with Southampton for Koeman, and Villa w/Gueye... and like most transfers

How is that our fault? City have jumped the gun in their eagerness to have him in their European squad - if talks are at a late stage, that is perfectly understandable.

Unusual, but understandable. As for us, we've done nothing wrong whatsoever.

Because this should have been sorted out weeks a go.

Not a few days before the start of the season of which we'll start with Funes Mori and Jags if he's even fit.

If our new investor is selling one of our most prized assets then we shouldn't be finding out about it from UEFA or Blue Moon.

They should be making an announcement that he put in a transfer request, sad to see him go etc.

This shows they have no respect for the fans. It's a massive slap in the face and bodes seriously badly for the future.

None of this 'wishing him all the best' rubbish either.

The lad has pushed for a move away from the team we all love despite producing some woeful performances. Not only that he asked to be substituted with a 'dodgy stomach' when 4-0 down at Anfield, hardly a warrior spirit you expect from a top CB. Good riddance and I hope your career nose-dives like Rodwells did. Everton will always be bigger and better than you.
