Im sick of this attitude. Nobody was interested in him. No bid had been made. But hey, let’s increase your salary by 60k a week just because you did okay playing for England.

The same happened with James McCarthy, Kevin Mirallas and Luke Garbutt. Nobody was interested in them. Not a single bid had been made, yet everyone was wetting themselves about non-existent Spurs bids, so we decided to put them all on bumper five year long contracts!

It seems like you can get a new contract or a wage increase just for being a ‘nice boy’ at Everton. It would be no surprise if Coleman gets offered a new and improved contract in the summer, keeping him at Everton until he is 38.

Unfortunately, it is true that Pickford will be the most almighty expensive mistake of them all! Not just because he keeps throwing the ball into his own net, but because there is absolutely no other club in the whole of world football that will be willing to match his 100k a week wages. So we are going to be stuck with him until his contract eventually ends in three and a half years time, when he will then likely leave on a free.

He did. A five and a half year contract extension in 2016.

Bill was the one dishing out contracts, but to be fair, there were loads of blues that thought Besic was something special when he was always badly crap!

Good. Don’t care if it’s a sale or loan because the money will be pitiful anyway. He’s stayed here way too long. Light years away from the standard required. And now a space is open for someone who might be able to run at an average speed required for premier league football.

We should really be extending his deal if he’s being loaned out.

Unreal that we haven’t managed to sell him permanently for the touted £8m.

We really shouldn't be extending his deal if we don't want his wages on the books. We've tried this with Besic and Pennington and it doesn't work. If we can't sell them now why would we be able to sell them later.

....playing in Scotland is lots to do with attitude and Jonjo Kenny will not be found wanting for attitude. I think the move will suit, just a shame for him that Celtic are in a bit of a mess at the moment.

Lets hope he can have the same positive long term impact as Rangers RB, Tavernier.

I agree in some cases but Kenny has always been a saleable player.

Letting him go for free in a year when he’s a lot better than Pennington and can stay fit unlike Besic is poor business to me.

I think Schalke would have bought him if they weren't absolutely skint. He did relatively well in the Bundesliga, so I think he'll thrive in the SPL.

Sadly for him and us, I just don't think he's cut out for the Premier League or at least to the standard we require as offensively he's limited, at best.

Celtic have just sold Frimpong for a reported 11.5m (probably a lot of add ons tbf) less than 2 years after paying city £350k for him. So theyre potentially 10m+ up and we let them have a replacement on loan rather than push for a perm transfer and fee.
The lad has no future at the club and will have 12 months on his contract come summer, his value will fall further and he'll end up dancing away for zero after spending next season on loan as well.

Now ain’t that the truth, Rubbish from us sums it up, I hope he sits on his his contact until it’s up and he makes a lot more for himself, his agent should be wise enough to make that happen.Everton will have to Jonjo a new contract to make anything on him now!!!
